Registration

• Diamond Golf Package – $2,400.00
  The Diamond Golf Package includes lunch, dinner and golf for 12 with 2 Hole Sponsorships.
  
  The primary golfer will be invoiced for the group. Please list the remaining 11 players as guest registrations.
  
  This package also includes a dozen golf balls for each player and 12 raffle tickets for the 50/50 Cash Raffle.
• Gold Foursome Package – $750.00
  The Gold Foursome Package includes lunch, dinner and golf for 4 with 1 Hole Sponsorships.
  
  The primary golfer will be invoiced for the group. Please list the remaining three players as guest registrations.
• Individual Golfer – $200.00
  This includes lunch, dinner and golf for 1 golfer.
• Platinum Golf Package – $1,400.00
  The Platinum Golf Package includes lunch, dinner and golf for 8 with 1 Hole Sponsorship.
  
  The primary golfer will be invoiced for the group. Please list the remaining Seven players as guest registrations.
• Silver Foursome Package – $650.00
  The Silver Golf Package includes lunch, dinner and golf for 4.
  
  Primary golfer will be invoiced for the entire foursome. Please list the remaining three players as guest registrations.
• Sponsorship - Individual Hole Sponsor – $250.00
  This sponsorship includes lunch, dinner and golf for 1 person along with a sign with your company's name placed at a tee box. Company name will also appear on all signage the day of the event.
