Course Title:  Customer Service – Customer Care

Course Description:  This one hour class is designed to identify all types of business communications including, but not limited to, face to face; telephonic; written (including emails) as well as all other types of technology used to communicate with one another.

Course Title:  Overview of Laws and Rules Electrical

Course Description:  This course provides an overview of the Laws (Florida Statutes) found in F. S. Chapter 455, Business & Professional Regulation General Provisions; F. S. Chapter 489 Part II, Electrical and Alarm System Contracting; and Chapter 61G6 of the Florida Administrative Code. It will identify the role of the Department of Professional Regulation, Electrical Contractors Licensing Board (ECLB) and familiarize contractors with the Definitions of Occupation and Class Codes and “Know Your Scope” chart.

Course Description: This one hour course has been designed to provide a broad overview regarding the OSHA Standards for the control of hazardous energy sources....Lockout/Tagout. It will provide individuals with a brief introduction of who OSHA is; what role OSHA plays to protect individuals in related industries; regulations governing these issues; and, what employers are required to do in order to protect their employees.
